I made the deposit in cryptocurrency and I have no credit. What happened?

Cryptocurrency credit does not occur if:

  • Your deposit is sent to the wrong wallet;
  • The deposit is less than the established minimum;
  • Uses a non-enabled network (Binance – BEP – 20, among others)
